Switched On Building Solutions Partners with Te Āhuru Mōwai to Deliver Homes in Pōneke

Switched On Building Solutions are proud to be working with Te Āhuru Mōwai to deliver 10 new homes to whānau in Titahi Bay, Porirua with work soon kicking off across two sites. These homes will provide high-quality, community-focused housing designed to support wellbeing, connection, and long-term resilience. 

A memorable site blessing to commence this important project

To mark the beginning of this special kaupapa, on the morning of the 7th of August, we joined our iwi partners Te Rūnanga o Toa Rangatira Incorporated for a very moving site blessing.

This milestone reflects the outstanding mahi of our Pōneke Wellington team from strategic planning to seamless collaboration throughout the tender process. Ka rawe, team, exciting times ahead!

Construction continues to move ahead through carefully planned stages, and the mahi completed so far is a real credit to everyone involved and the strong collaboration across the project.

We're also proud to be working alongside Ngāti Toa subcontractors, including Ka Pai Plumbing (pictured below), whose skills and contribution are helping bring this development to life. 

 

With completion on track for June, the vision is coming together. We look forward to sharing more updates as this important project continues to take shape for the Tītahi Bay community.
