
Victoria is an experienced governance leader who brings more than 25 years of service across Chair, Deputy Chair, Independent Director, and Trustee roles within public, private, Crown, and not‑for‑profit organisations. Her governance career spans a wide range of sectors including infrastructure, transport, property, retail, tourism, health, education, and both central and local government.
A Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Directors, Victoria holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Auckland and was appointed an Officer of the New Zealand Order of Merit (ONZM) in 2016 for her contributions to the arts, business, and the community.
Victoria is highly regarded for her strategic insight, strong commercial and legal acumen, and her ability to lead effectively in complex environments involving transformation, growth, and diverse stakeholder interests.
