We are looking for an administrative superstar with a passion for helping resolve customer complaints to help us deliver world class maintenance as we embark on a journey to change both our industry and the future of Social Housing in New Zealand

  

Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity 

The Quality Administrator is responsible for the handling of all the customer complaints for the region and supplying pragmatic solutions for our client and customers. This role will see you using your relationship building skills to form rapports with our clients and trades to ensure a positive outcome for everyone. Being solutions focused and able to solve problems will see you fly in this role. 

You will also be lending you outstanding administrative expertise the wider Quality team, supporting them to ensure we delivery high quality work to our client and customers. 

This complex and dynamic environment requires someone who can manage change, make decisions when faced with conflicting priorities and keep the Switched On vision at the forefront.

 

Ko wai koe | About you 

  • Strong administration experience
  • Strong excel skills advantageous  
  • Passionate about customer service and enhancing our customers environments 
  • Exceptional communication skills 
  • Experience in customer complaints or feedback 
  • Building industry knowledge preferred but not essential  
  • Solutions focused with ability to problem solve 
  • Ability to organise and prioritise workloads
  • High attention to detail
  • Be a team player who recognises the need to support each other to achieve
